Established in 2001, Don Hardin Group is a construction consulting and project management firm, which specializes in Owner’s agent services. Our TEAM consists of project engineers and managers with collective backgrounds and experiences in various types of projects not only in the Nashville area but also throughout the country. We consider our competitive advantage to be a team with experience in effective project management methodologies for Fortune 500 corporations as well as projects within our community. We have an array of pertinent experience in project management and construction consultation with Nissan North America, Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Intel Corporation, Mercedes Benz US Int’l, Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Nashville, Vanderbilt University Peabody Commons, and Hospital Corporation of America. Our list of projects and clientele as expanded over the 18 years of service.
Our President & Chief Executive Officer Don Hardin brings excellent project/construction management experience. A native of Nashville, Don’s talent was recognized quickly as Fluor Daniel, Inc. and others recruited him after graduating from Tennessee State University’s ABET accredited Architectural Engineering program. While at Fluor Daniel (currently known as Fluor Corporation), he worked in several states to get experience on large projects with Fortune 500 clients in various industries such as Metals & Mining, Automotive, Food & Beverage and Semiconductor.
Our Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Tracy Kirk Hardin, MPA has built an excellent reputation behind the scenes to manage multi-million dollar project budgets. She is responsible for keeping every trade paid on time while always using the most available technologies to achieve this feat. Some of the key projects where Tracy led the financial efforts for Don Hardin Group include the Music City Center, Meharry Medical College projects, HCA and several others. Along with our excellent project management staff, she is one of our most prized project weapons. Tracy is a graduate of Fisk University’s political science program and Western Kentucky University’s Master program of Public Administration. She serves on numerous boards including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee.
