505 Church Street Residential Tower

Scope of Work: General Trades subcontracting to support Archer Western Construction Company to build the new 45 Level Tower to build one of the tallest buildings in Nashville.  In fact it is the tallest residential building in the city.  Don Hardin Group/Harmony Construction performed various construction activities.

IHG  – Lend Lease Military Base Expansion Program

Scope of Work: Construction Management services to retrofit or construct various hotel facilities that Lend Lease manages for the United States military.

We have repeatedly served Lend Lease on military bases in Augusta, GA, Tacoma, WA, Sacramento, CA, Colorado Springs, CO and Fort Campbell, KY to name a few locations.

UNA Recreation Park Improvements – Antioch, Tennessee

Scope of Work:  General Contractor to upgrade the athletic facilities to include new grandstand, concessions building, football and baseball field improvements to support the UNA Bears Youth Sports program.

Postal Annex Franchise Build Out – Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Scope of Work:  General Contractor to perform the 2,000 Square-foot tenant improvement space for the owner to operate a new franchise of the Postal Annex that offers various shipping/receiving and copy center services.

Mt. Zion Baptist Church Antioch Expansion

Scope of Work: DHG served as Project Management/Owner’s Representative to procure and manage design professionals and the general contractor for the renovation of a former supermarket into an approximate 18,000 square-foot, modern worship facility for an expanding congregation.

First Tennessee Park – Nashville Sounds Baseball Park Nashville, Tennessee

Scope of Work:  Construction Manager At-Risk.  Don Hardin Group/Harmony Construction Group in a Joint Venture with Barton Malow/Bell/Harmony performed the construction of the new 10,000-seat baseball park.

Metropolitan Police Operations Building – Genesco Build-Out Project

Scope of Work: Project Management Sub consultant to Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon.  Don Hardin Group provided computer-aided project scheduling + estimating for each phase of the project to include planning, design and construction.

Music City Central – Metropolitan Transit Authority Bus Terminal Project

Scope of Work: Self-performing subcontractor to Balfour Beatty Construction Company.  Don Hardin Group placed concrete for sidewalks and flatwork for the project.

Multi-Million Dollar Freshmen Commons Dormitory Expansion

Nissan North America-Electric Vehicle Battery Plant 

Nissan North American completed its investment in producing the world’s first affordable mass produced zero emission car by construction of its EV (electric vehicle) Battery Plant in Smyrna, Tennessee.  Nissan hired Don Hardin Group to coordinate building envelope enclosures and production room enclosures for the plant.  The facility produces more than 200,000 batteries per year.

Nashville Riverfront Park

The New Riverfront Park is designed to provide new public attractions, parkland and waterfront access, giving residents and visitors a reason to come and enjoy both sides of the riverfront. When fully implemented, 
the project area will be ten times the size of the existing Riverfront Park. These modifications include public features such as fountains, spray grounds, boardwalks, overlooks, piers, performance spaces, wetlands, plazas, new docking facilities, increased bikeways, and open play space.
