Project Management/Owner’s Representative:
Coordination of architectural & engineering services as well as construction on behalf of the Owner.

Pre-construction Services:
to include but not limited to scheduling, land research, estimating and procurement assistance.

Construction consulting and Construction management agents:
to include on-site field engineers to assure construction or installation compliance with the Owner’s specifications and coordination requirements.

Construction Manager At-Risk:
 is a useful project delivery method that Don Hardin Group exercises to efficiently and effectively execute projects.  Throughout the CMAR experience, DHG works closely with the team consisting of the Owner and design team to plan, develop and estimate the vital elements to bring the project into fruition.  We are licensed as general contractor in Tennessee and other reciprocating states.
